The Oracle Mobile Social Relationship Management (SRM) app gives you access to your brands social messaging right from your phone. You get the key functionality of Publish and Engage from the Oracle SRM platform, optimized for your iPhone.
With the Oracle SRM mobile app, you can:
PUBLISH
* Publish posts to your social properties, including scheduling, attaching photos, and adding tags
* Edit posts, using Quick Edit functionality
ENGAGE
* View, archive, reply, delete, label, and assign messages
* Filter messages by channel and channel type
GETTING STARTED
To use the SRM Mobile app, you must be an Oracle SRM customer with access to both Social Marketing and Social Engagement & Monitoring.
Once you download the app, you will be prompted to login using your SRM credentials. The app uses your SRM bundles, so youll be asked to select your bundle before you use Publish or Engage. (You can switch bundles at any time.)
